BMW Financial Services Nederland B.V. is a leading provider of business mobility solutions and part of Financial Services of BMW Group. A significant part of the IT Department is responsible for fleet mobility solutions and is located in Breda. IT Delivery Breda is positioned to support various BMW entities and European markets.

IT Delivery Breda is looking for a Business Analyst. You will join the team responsible for all data and reporting within our largest mobility management program and analyze requirements for all affiliated markets.

A business analyst is responsible for analyzing business intelligence data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance business operations. The role requires a combination of technical and business skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.

We are looking for an experienced hands-on Business Analyst whom can help us design and deliver the proposed business solutions for the BMW FS European markets.

Function

As a Business Information Analyst you will:

·       Analyze business requirements and  data translate them into functional specifications and model data structures.

·       Conduct research and gather data to identify areas for improvement in business processes

·       Work with the feature team to develop and implement solutions to improve business operations

·       Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure solutions meet business needs

·       Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and requirements documents

·       Assist in conducting user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet user needs

·       Assist in training and support to end-users on new systems and processes

·       Continuously monitor and evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement

·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process improvement

Requirements

Your skills include and are not limited to

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills

·       Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis tools

·       Data knowledge up to a level of being able to perform data modelling and data analysis

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA and Confluence

 

What do you offer and take us forward, specifically as a Business Analyst?

To fulfil your role successfully we expect the following experience and skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field

·       3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field

·       Professional certifications, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP), are a plus.

·       Must be able to work independently on defining workable solutions which fit the needs;

·       Has the ability to perform parallel tasks and is able to switch quickly between these tasks;

·       Has the ability to communicate with both business stakeholders (external), suppliers and internal IT-team
