Product Owner

As Product Owner within the Digital Front End domain of KPN you are responsible for the development and optimization of the Commerce & Self Service portal for business customers. This platform serves both small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large corporate customers, and offers them a digital environment for managing their telecom services, invoicing, and self-service.

In this role, you define a clear vision and roadmap for the further growth and improvement of the platform. You ensure that the further development is in line with the needs of the users and the business objectives of the organization. You work closely with the business segments SME and Large Corporate, where your stakeholder management skills are essential to set the right priorities and balance the interests of different departments.

In addition, you have a keen eye for organizational sensitivity and contribute to good cooperation between various teams and departments. You work intensively with the domain architect and other technical teams to ensure that the platform remains scalable, flexible and component-based, so that it can continue to meet the changing demands of the market and users.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for the Commerce & Self Service portal.

• Prioritize the backlog based on business needs, technical feasibility and customer value.

• Stakeholder management with a focus on the SME and Large Corporate business segments.

• Ensure a scalable, component-based platform that is future-proof.

• Close collaboration with the domain architect and development teams to implement technical strategies that align with the product vision.

• Continuously monitor customer behavior, data and feedback to continuously optimize the product.

• Facilitate collaboration between business and IT through your strong communication skills and understanding of both business and technical aspects.
