As a Genesys developer in one of our teams, you’ll be working in the Digital Customer
Interaction department that focusses on all the customer interaction for the Rabobank with
all it’s challenges and ambitions.You’ll be striving for the best customer-experience in online banking contact. You’ll be part of an environment that heavily focusses on innovation by means of cutting-edge technologies.
Together with your team-members, you’ll be responsible for customers to get into contact
with the bank. For example; develop the contact options on our website and app, with cool
features like scan-to-call QR codes, planning, rescheduling and viewing planned call
appointments, showing interaction history with the bank including AI-summarized content,
and much more!
Function
Job Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain Genesys Cloud solutions, focusing on data actions, data tables,
and interaction flows.
– Implement and optimize routing strategies and skill definitions to enhance contact center
efficiency.
– Write and modify scripts to support custom functionalities within Genesys Cloud.
– Generate performance reports and analyse data to provide insights for operational
improvements.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint
planning and review processes.
– Use Python for data manipulation, integration, or custom automation within Genesys
applications.
– Conduct thorough testing, creating test cases, and managing them in Azure DevOps.
– Stay updated with Genesys Cloud updates and new features to leverage them in
development.
– Occasionally assist with project management tasks or coordinate with project
management teams.
Requirements
Must Have
– English Speaking: Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
– Genesys Cloud (Medior Level):
Data Actions: Ability to integrate and manipulate data within Genesys Cloud.
Data Tables: Experience in managing and utilizing data tables for dynamic content.
Flows: Skilled in designing and implementing complex interaction flows.
Routing and Skills: Knowledgeable in setting up routing strategies and managing
skill-based routing.
Script: Proficient in scripting for Genesys Cloud functionalities.
Performance/Reporting: Capable of creating insightful reports and monitoring
performance metrics.
– Python: Ability to understand, modify, and write Python code for integration and
automation tasks.
– Agile/Scrum: Familiar with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework, adept at working
in sprints and attending ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and
retrospectives.
– Contact Center Expertise: understanding of contact center operations, technologies, and
best practices.
– Testing: Willingness and ability to perform testing, including creating test cases in Azure
DevOps.
Nice to have
– Dutch Speaking: Advantageous for local communication and client interaction.
– Onsite: Preference for those available for occasional or regular office visits.
– Knowledge of Azure CI/CD Pipelines: Experience in setting up or working with Azure
CI/CD for deployment automation.
– Azure DevOps Services: Familiarity with using Azure DevOps for project tracking, code
repository, and collaboration tools.
– Project Management: Exposure to project management principles, beneficial for
managing development projects or interfacing with project managers.
Qualifications
– At least 2-4 years of experience with Genesys Cloud or similar contact center platforms.
– Proven track record in a similar medior developer position.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is
preferred.
