Supply Chain Security Contract Reviewer/Negotiator

As part of our compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Security Contract Reviewer/Negotiator. This role is critical to ensuring the enforcement of our Supply Chain Security Framework within supplier contracts and addenda.
The ideal candidate will work closely with procurement teams, contract owners, and suppliers to review and negotiate contract terms, ensuring all security framework requirements are met. They will identify gaps, assess associated risks, and ensure necessary controls are implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
1.    Contract Review and Negotiation:
Review supplier-provided contract comments for ABN AMRO Contracts and enforce compliance with the Supply Chain Security Framework.
Where supplier-provided contract comments validate compliance with Supply Chain Security Framework abd enforce missing requirements.
Ensure all required security clauses are included and properly articulated.
2.    Framework Enforcement:
Enforce DORA-aligned supply chain security requirements within contracts and addendum.
Identify and address any gaps or deviations from the framework.
3.    Security Assessment and Mitigation:
Collaborate with suppliers and contract owners to discuss missing or non-compliant requirements.
Perform security assessments for gaps and propose mitigation strategies.
4.    Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Partner with procurement teams to integrate security requirements into the contract negotiation process.
Act as a liaison between suppliers, contract owners, and internal legal teams.
5.    Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain records of supplier engagements, decisions, and risk assessments.
Provide regular reports on the status of supplier contracts and compliance.

Ensure all supplier contracts or addendum include the mandatory supply chain security requirements aligned with DORA.
Maintain a centralised respository of contract reviews and document security assessment for future audits and references.
Colloborate with procurement and legal team to integrate security requirements.
Contribute to improving the organisation third party security assessment maturity.
Complete the review of all contracts or addendum within specific timeline.
